Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may vary depending on order volume or the complexity of your customization (e.g., label design approval, special printing requests, etc.).
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location:
- Canada & United States: 3–7 business days
- Europe & Africa: 7–14 business days
- Other regions: up to 21 business days, depending on the destination
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Costs
We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP.
Free economy shipping on orders over $95.
Shipping costs are based on the items in your order and your delivery location.
Rates for each shipping option are displayed on product pages and at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it anytime using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Delays and Lost Packages
Packelia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or by events beyond our control (such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays).

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
