How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website by selecting your product, choosing your desired options (size, finish, quantity), and uploading your design. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I order a sample before buying in bulk?
Yes! We offer sample packs so you can test the quality, finish, and size before placing a large order. Simply visit our Request a quote page.
Can you print my own design?
Absolutely! You can upload your design file during checkout, or choose to work with our design team to create a custom label that matches your brand perfectly.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI files in high resolution (minimum 300 DPI). For best results, use vector or print-ready files.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because our products are custom printed, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a printing error or product defect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem.
